Flu shots 2015-2016
Influenza immunizations are now available. You do not need an appointment, just walk in during office hours.
Missed appointments
To cancel your scheduled appointment we require 24 hours notice.
Please call 902-252-3011 and leave a message or email lockviewmedical@gmail.com .
We ask you to show consideration by notifying our office at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep an appointment. We would like to have the option to offer that appointment to another patient who needs to see the doctor. If you fail to give us a 24-hour notice of cancellation, there will be a $35.00 cancellation fee billed to your account that is non-covered by your insurance. You will bear complete financial responsibility for this fee. Repeated missed appointments may result in dismissal from our practice.
